Moussavi who has more than 30 years experience as an educator and researcher the in the fields of computers, data networking, integrated systems, computer and electrical engineering. As a senior adviser to national and international companies as well as educational institutions, Dr. Moussavi developed strategies to help them expand their market share and increase their business footprint by promoting products and enhancing their business image and visibility in the marketplace.
In addition to his expertise in technology and education, Dr. Moussavi has a proven record of effective business development, generating revenue and growth in dynamic and changing markets by providing strategic and operations leadership in corporate and academic and international and multi-cultural environments. He also has demonstrated experience in the communications, systems engineering and oil and gas industries.
Dr. Moussavi earned his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in electrical computer engineering from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
