Criminologist, researcher, and educator with more than 40 years of successful hands-on experience in law enforcement, criminal justice, and security research, policy analysis and development, program implementation and management, and program evaluation. He has worked at the local, state, and national levels, and has extensive experience in both government and private non-profit organizations supporting crime prevention and offender rehabilitation efforts.
More than half of George’s career has been spent at the executive and senior management levels, including the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the U.S. Department of Justice, and Noblis, Inc., where he is currently employed as a Senior Manager for this non-profit organization providing innovative identity discovery and management support services to government agencies and private sector organizations.
George holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration, as well as M.S. and B.S. degrees in Criminology.
